Refund & Cancellation Policy
1. Our Commitment
At Luke’s Fab Lab, we are committed to providing high-quality coaching and support. Our programs require mutual effort and dedication. This policy is designed to ensure both parties are fully committed to achieving the desired outcomes.
2. General Refund Policy for Packages/Programs
Due to the immediate access to proprietary content, materials, and reserved time slots, our coaching packages and programs are generally non-refundable.
However, we offer a limited Satisfaction Guarantee subject to the following strict conditions:
Eligibility Window: The refund request must be submitted in writing to luke@lukesfablab.com within 3 days of the last attended coaching session.
Proof of Effort and Legitimate Complaint: To qualify for a refund, you must demonstrate a legitimate complaint and/or reason for the refund in writing. This means submitting a detailed written explanation outlining specifically why the service did not meet your expectations or was unsatisfactory.
Non-Eligibility: No refunds will be issued if:
The request is made after the 3-day eligibility window.
You have accessed or attended more than one 1:1 coaching session.
The reason for the request is solely "changing your mind" or "lack of time" (the guarantee is based on the quality of the service, not the client's ability to show up or commit).
If a refund is approved, it will be issued within 5-10 business days, minus any transaction fees or the value of services/materials already delivered.
3. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy (1:1 Sessions)
This policy applies to individual coaching sessions booked as part of a package or purchased separately.
Advance Notice: Clients must provide a minimum of 48 business hours notice to cancel or reschedule a confirmed session.
Late Cancellation/No-Show: If a client cancels with less than 48 business hours notice, or fails to show up for a scheduled session (a "no-show"), the session will be forfeited and will not be refunded, replaced, or rescheduled.
Coach Cancellation: If the Coach must cancel a session for any reason, the Client will be offered a full credit to reschedule the session at the earliest mutual convenience.
4. Termination by Coach
Luke’s Fab Lab reserves the right to terminate the coaching relationship immediately and without refund if the client engages in abusive behavior or violates any terms outlined in the coaching agreement.
5. How to Request a Refund
All refund requests must be submitted via email to luke@lukesfablab.com with the subject line: "Refund Request: [Client Name]". The email must clearly state the reason for the request and attach the required "Proof of Effort and Legitimate Complaint" documentation.
